The Yabantu Pilot Program empowered individuals with clarity and confidence, guiding them towards their career goals.
Phase 1 (Selected Candidates) – Individuals outside targeted Industries
A small group of people (13 off) were selected from different walks of life. Some already working i.e. in Retail, others qualified/unqualified but mainly unemployed.
At the end of the program, the individuals, were more confident, marketable and presented themselves more professionally.
10 out of 13 individuals were employed in the Nuclear Energy sector.
Phase 2 (Industry Candidates) – Individuals inside targeted Industries.
Similar to phase 1, a small group of 8 people was selected. These individuals were already in the Nuclear Energy sector with defined positions i.e. Project Managers/Leaders, Engineers, Project Administrators and general workers.
At the end of the Pilot Project, these individuals had role clarity in their respective careers/positions. They understood their work areas and organizational governance better. They felt better prepared to add immediate value in their respective roles, being more aligned to their organizations' values.
